Spider-Man star Kirsten Dunst was back in a New York courtroom on Tuesday (01Jun10) testifying against a man charged with stealing her purse from a hotel room.
James Jimenez was convicted of trespassing last year (09), but jurors were deadlocked on a more serious burglary charge. He is being retried on that charge.
Dunst’s $2,000 purse was stolen while the actress was shooting a movie on location in 2007.
