Will.I.Am has dismissed rumours he is a womaniser – insisting girls always see him as "the friend, rather than the lover".
The Black Eyed Peas superstar recently split from his secret girlfriend of eight years, and has been linked to British singer Cheryl Cole following the breakdown of her marriage earlier this year (10).
But the rapper/singer has hinted he is simply a shoulder to cry on for the Girls Aloud star – because women only ever want him platonically.
He tells Britain’s The Sun, “I’m not a gold digger, I’m a boob differ. I like boobs. But I was always the homie (friend), the friend, rather than the lover.
“I’d have a crush on a girl and she’d say, ‘I don’t know Will, I see you as my brother.’
“I became the cuddler and a spooner. I’m a conversationalist. I just like to talk – to have random conversations about odd things… If you don’t talk about a girl’s interests then forget it.”
