A Message to our Guests

The health, comfort and safety of our guests are an utmost priority to us.  We can't wait to welcome you back and in anticipation of guest arrivals, we have been implementing new normal protocols into our daily lives at the resort to serve you better.

 

Adhering to local government guidelines and standards of hygiene from the WHO, we have heightened our cleaning and sanitizing measures. Guests' well-being will be enhanced with limited contact and social distancing measures. During these challenging times, we are also offering extra flexibility, support and rescheduling of stays for up to ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original stay dates. 

 

As the situation could revolve rapidly and timelines yet uncertain, we will update you with any changes and you can always contact us via phone, email, our website chatbox, Instagram or Facebook Messenger. 

 

Due to current conditions and as a result of the COVID-19's impact to our resort operations, The Auhana Boracay will be running on limited facilities and services until official travel restrictions into the Philippines are lifted. Food & beverage outlets will be al fresco and an a la carte menu is available for the enjoyment of our guests. The use of resort facilities and amenities will also be available only to staying guests.

What are the protocols for entry into Boracay Island?

  1. Secure online vaccination certificate at www.vaxcert.gov.ph

  2. Submit Online Health Declaration Form : touristboracay.com

  3. Request for QR code from touristboracay@gmail.com by submitting your flight and hotel booking confirmation, valid government ID and vaccination certificate. 

  4. Travel with government issued IDs and print out all your documents. 

Where is The Auhana Boracay located?

The Auhana Boracay is located beachfront and at the end of quiet and idyllic Station 3. Station 3 is known as "Old Boracay" for its pristine beach, secret coves and being less populated than other stations. A complimentary shuttle service to/from D'Mall is available to all our guests.

How do I arrange for airport pickup?

We offer complimentary transfers from/to Caticlan Airport for guests booking through our website (minimum of 2 nights stay) and for guests availing of our promo offers. Guests booked for one night stay or through online travel agencies like Agoda, Booking.com and Expedia may avail of One-way transfers at a charge of PHP 1,650 per person (minimum 2 person pick-up requirement). What amenities do you offer for families with kids?

The Auhana Boracay is a family-friendly resort. Please do not hesitate to contact us prior to

your arrival or during your stay for assistance. We offer fully-sanitized children's crib, play pen, and kids bath tub for your convenience. Our resort swimming pools also offer children's wading and playing areas. Favorites are: The Kids Courtyard, Kids Club, and Kids Tiki Hut Pool. Due to Covid-19 concerns, our Games Room and Private Theater are available to guests upon one day advance reservation and includes a surcharge.
